My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the location was fantastic, close to the beach and easy to get around, the rooms were in bad shape and not very clean, which really took away from the experience. The service was disorganized and not very helpful, making it difficult to enjoy my stay. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially considering the poor conditions and service.

The rooms were dirty in some areas and really need an upgrade. It was disappointing to have old food under the beds and one bed not even on a box spring.

The service was very disorganized. I received just one room key for me and my sister for our entire stay, which was really inconvenient.

The location was ideal, being very close to downtown South Beach and the beach itself, making it easy to enjoy the area without traffic troubles.

Dining was a total letdown; the food was terrible and felt like a waste of money. The bathroom door wouldn't even close properly due to how the fixtures were rusted.
